Returns & Exchanges
Truman Boot Co. offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn boots in original condition. Please ensure boots are only tried on indoors on carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing the leather soles.
Request Authorization
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to initiate a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the boots in their original branded box and pack them securely into a shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your boots for signs of wear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
